Just about all that is on my mind is smokes. I i’m sure i don’t want to light up and if perhaps anybody offered a cig this minute, I will not accept. I feel I’m in a pretty dreadful mental state and have had trouble staying asleep but yet I’m sure I must definitely end up strong. The smokeless cigarettes may also be helpful in the long run.
